Micro Nano Technologies (MNT) was founded in 2014 to facilitate the commercialization of the membrane-based technologies developed at the NanoStructured Energy Systems Labs (NESLabs) at the University of Florida. Located in Gainesville, FL, MNT is staffed with NESLab graduates bringing significant technical experience to the area of membrane-based technologies.

Thermal Management Technology

MNT offers liquid and two-phase heat cooling solutions for the management of high heat loads in electronics and data centers. These high efficiency cooling solutions have been experimentally demonstrated to provide a very high heat flux with a low flow rate over a wide range of operating conditions.

Industry-Changing Absorption Technology

MNT offers industry-changing membrane-based absorption cooling technologies to address residential and commercial cooling and dehumidification demand. MNT is developing HFC free, environmentally-friendly, energy-efficient, cost-effective scalable systems to address the ever increasing global cooling demand.

Medical Technology

Through the use of nanoengineered highly permeable and selective membranes, MNT is developing a small scale membrane module that recapitulates the properties of the kidney. This small scale membrane module could greatly enhance the adoption of home based renal replacement therapy.

The MNT team feels it has the technology to change world cooling benefitting the world's population and environment alike.
